We are still in a pandemic at the time of planning.

Regular Service NSW QR scanning will be in place until the government says otherwise.

All the social distancing rules still apply.

In the event of tighter controls, we may revert to paid entries via our entry payment system. Until such time, don’t forget your gold coins otherwise.

The goal is to keep the event free and accessible to everyone.

Pre-show Social Media Showcase

A monthly post showcasing your business on the Sydney
Classic Bicycle Show Facebook page with 1.7K followers.
Your business will need to supply the content. Eg An image and the wording describing your product, service, upcoming sale etc.

Pre-show Branding

Your logo on the Sydney Classic Bicycle Show publicity poster/s.
Your business will need to supply the image in vector format.

Show Presence

A space for a shop display at the 2021 Sydney Classic Bicycle Show.
Your business will have one of the first choices of location before general stallholder positions are allocated.

First Preference Event Sponsorship

An opportunity to have a track race named after your business – for
an extra $100. First in best dressed.

Show Branding

Display of your banner (supplied by you) in a prominent location during the Sydney Classic Bicycle Show. First in best dressed.

Another way to participate in the show is to run a stall where businesses can showcase their products & services, and the general public can bring old gear to swap or sell.

Stall registrations open in late July. Watch this space for a registration button.

There are two types of stall holders:

Business Stall

For those with a bricks and mortar or an online business.

You will have the second wave option for your stall location after the Show Sponsors.  

Swap meet Stall

For those who have vintage bikes as their hobby or side gig. You will have the third wave option for your stall location after the Business Stall holders.

This show is all about our exhibitors! -Regardless if you have a bike, scooter, car or something in between.

Mini

The Mini Car Club of NSW was started almost 60 years ago when a bunch of motoring enthusiasts pooled their resources in celebration of the small car that would redefine motoring forever.

The track will be in use all day, from old school Penny Farthing events through to futuristic Velomobiles, as well as modern day track racing.

Junior non-track

This is where young riders on regular bikes get a chance to have a go on the velodrome. It’s a good place to start before trying their hand at track racing. -Bring whatever bike you have and a helmet. -We’ll give you a run with similar riders.

Featuring a dedicated men’s and women’s wheelrace.

Riders U15 and above may race with the seniors.
